From the North (Los Angeles, La Jolla etc.):
Take Interstate 5 south to Interstate 8 east.
Exit on Highway 163 North.
Exit almost immediately onto Friars Road and go east.

The office is suite 308 at 1450 Frazee Road. The building will be on your left.
From the East (Del Cerro, El Cajon, La Mesa etc.):
Take Interstate 8 west.
Exit on Highway 163 North.
Exit almost immediately onto Friars Road and go east.
Make a left onto Frazee Road.

From the South (Tijuana, Downtown, Chula Vista etc.):
Take Highway 163 north, or take Interstate 5 north to Interstate 8 east.
Exit on Highway 163 North (if you are not already on 163).
